Once dense and overgrown, this front garden was redesigned as an open, water-wise landscape with layers of texture, structure, and seasonal interest. A stone-lined swale winds through the property, slowing runoff and allowing water to soak back into the landscape. Sculptural boulders are woven among succulents, grasses, flowering perennials, and other drought-tolerant plants, creating a strong connection between planting, stone, and the surrounding architecture. As the garden matures, these layers will continue to develop into a resilient and dynamic landscape.
